Lenders, bankers, and others associated with mortgage loans

All HUD property purchasers are required to obtain a Pre-qualification letter from a lender prior to ratification of their sales contract. If a pre-qualification letter is not received as part of there contract package, the bid may be cancelled.

If a property fails to close within the time allowed on line 9 of the sales contract an request for extension of time to close must be submitted prior to the expiration of the contract or a previously approved extension.
