Coverage is effective two months following employment and MCB pays a significant portion of the premiums for eligible employees who may choose between single or family coverage. MCB also offers employees supplemental insurance through AFLAC.
We also offer a vision, dental and chiro/acupuncture plans for eligible employees.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Our flexible spending account program allows participants to use pre-tax dollars to pay for many medical expenses not covered under health insurance plans as well as dependent care expenses, all according to IRS guidelines.

MCB observes 7 holidays each year
MCB has a sick leave policy that covers short-term illnesses of employees who become incapacitated medically and are unable to perform their work duties. In addition, MCB offers short and long-term disability insurance and group term life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.
MCB employees are provided attractive vacation time off that accrues from the date of employment and increases with the length of tenure. Employees may request use of vacation hours after completion of the 90-day introductory period.
