For over twenty years, Michaelson, Connor & Boul has been providing total real estate solutions, mortgagee compliance solutions and services to our clients.  Founded in 1994, MCB began as a small woman-owned business with a simple, yet important philosophy: to always exceed our clients’ expectations.

In 1999, MCB is proud to have been one of the first Management and Marketing (M&M) contractors for the Department of Housing and Urban Development.  For more than ten years, MCB provided real estate services for HUD’s M&M I and II programs maintaining properties and selling homes in several states.

In 2010, MCB became HUD’s first national Mortgagee Compliance Manager under HUD’s newest generation program, M&M III and successfully managed this contract for more than five years.

Over the years, we have managed and marketed over 250,000 real estate assets, valued at millions of dollars, for our governmental and private business clients.  We have also processed and evaluated millions of conveyances as Mortgagee Compliance Manager. Our experienced management team along with a mindset of continuous process improvement enables us to provide cost effective and results-driven services even during times of tumultuous market conditions.
